Special Dining Event: Indulge in an extraordinary evening with us on Saturday, June 17th at 7:00pm as we unveil our exclusive Blood Oath Dinner. Join our intimate gathering as we uncork a meticulously curated collection of bottles, dating back to Pact 3, and savor each sip while captivating stories intertwine with our tantalizing dinner.
Bartop Talks: This class will be a bi-monthly experience led by Beverage Director, Dan Lis. We will hold an interactive, educational discussion on our Spirit or Bar Topic of choice. Tastings accompanied by paired small plates will be offered.
Tuesday, June 6th: “Gin”
Cocktail Class: Join us as we learn about different cocktails and enjoy light snacks from the kitchen. We offer a 3:00pm and 5:30pm class. This year the GIA bar team has split up Cocktail Classes by quarterly topics. April-June we will be exploring famous cocktails from different cities in our “Locations” series. July-September we will be spotlighting North Carolina Distilleries in the “NC Spirits” series. Finally, October-December will be a run of “Pop Culture” cocktails.

Chef’s Table: Come experience a multi-course tasting menu presented by Executive Chef Eric Hess. This is a fun event to see the connection between food and art at GIA. This experience does include beverage pairings presented by our Beverage Director, Dan Lis.

Bourbon Club: Join us while we compare and contrast between two different spirits along with accompanying snacks from the kitchen.

Scotch Society: Join us while we compare and contrast between two different spirits along with accompanying snacks from the kitchen.
