Bourbon Club at Gia: A Booker's Experience

Join us at Gia for an intimate Bourbon Club experience featuring the bold and iconic flavors of Booker's Bourbon on Tuesday, February 10th at 6:00pm This guided evening is designed for both seasoned bourbon enthusiasts and curious newcomers looking to deepen their appreciation of barrel-proof whiskey.

Guests will take part in a hands-on dilution class, learning how to calibrate bourbon to different proofs in order to explore how water impacts aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel. Discover how to tailor your pour to your personal taste profile while gaining insight into the craft behind one of America's most celebrated bourbon.
